Returns & Replacements Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, the order gets lost, is incomplete, or arrived in poor condition, SO Awesome will refund you for your order or send out a replacement at no cost to you. 

The refunds will be issued within 48 hours and usually appear on your credit card or Stripe statement within 3-5 business days. 

You can request a refund or replacement within ten days after receiving your order by sending us an email to mc@youguysaresoawesome.com The return shipping costs (if any) will be paid by SO Awesome.
